The series is about a diverse drama about Captain Woodrow Cole's now retired Rangers. Baron Eastern Railways commissioned Captain Cole to track down Joey Garza, a new breed of professional killers in the area. Cole joined his old mate Pea Eye to help him do his job after a long trip to South Texas and the Mexican side of the border. Cole faces Maria Garza, Joey's mother, who chases him hard.
