In an attempt to recapture the dangerous criminal, Mark Sheinden, who has been escaped after the air crash of the plane that transferred them from Chicago to New York, Marshal Samuel Regard, unites up with John Ryce, a CIA security agent, as they do their best, in order to capture him.
