The dramatic story about a man named Nathan Muir, a CIA activist, is about to retire because of his knowledge that his lawyer Tom Bishop was arrested in China on charges of espionage. Moyer begins to use all his skills in an unreasonable way to find a way to edit Bishop but may be exposed during his mission to several difficulties. As he begins his mission to free the bishop, Moyer remembers how he recruited and trained the young novice to liberate him from his captors.
